Shipping Policy
We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 days where possible.
Any items purchased can also be collected from our studio based in Horncastle Lincs. Please note this is by appointment only
The price of delivery will vary depending on where you live. Once you put your delivery address into our checkout page, we will calculate it for you.
Return & Exchange Policy
purchases are protected by the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013 which give you the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days after the day you receive the item.
If you change your mind about the item you will be required to pay any return postage costs to us. A refund will be given within 3 days of us receiving the item back.
Please note custom/factory orders items CAN NOT be returned or cancelled. This includes Hardcase orders that are made to order in the factory and therefore once they have gone into production CAN NOT be cancelled.
