The Bluebird is the original, the first drum designed and put into production by the British Drum Company. It was their love of art-deco, alongside classic drums that led to the production of this stunning snare. 

With its signature blue logo badge, this drum features a double-beaded 6" deep brass shell finished in a lustrous chrome plating. It could well become a future classic!

British Drum Company Maverick 14"x6.5" Maple Snare Drum

The British Drum Co. 14" x 6.5" Maverick Snare Drum is the first maple snare from the British Drum company after an incredible level of demand.

The snare joins the Merlin, Big Softy, Imp, Legend and Lounge wood snares of the British Drum Co range. Made of 100% North American maple and an Eucalptus outer veneer the snare feature as usual BDC's very own Palladium hardware and Remo USA heads.

The snare has a versatile tone that offers a low end warmth with a nice brightness perfect for live or studio enviroments. The 10 ply shell snare is a perfect workhorse capable of working in any musical style.

Like all BDC drums, the Maverick is hand made in their UK factory.
