Orders and Delivery

How quickly will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 1pm on a working day (Monday–Friday) are eligible for next working day dispatch. Orders placed after 1pm or over the weekend will be dispatched on the next working day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Do you offer next day delivery?
Yes - next day delivery is available on orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday. You'll see the available delivery options and costs at checkout.

How much does delivery cost?
Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. You'll see the exact cost at checkout before completing your purchase.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery times and costs vary by destination. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees that may apply in their country.

Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier details.

Can I collect my order in store?
Yes - you're welcome to collect from our store in Horncastle, Lincolnshire. Please get in touch before visiting to arrange collection.


Products and Stock

Do you stock new and used drums?
Yes - we stock a full range of new drums, cymbals, hardware, and accessories from all the major brands, alongside one of the biggest collections of pre-owned drums in the UK. All pre-owned stock is inspected, restored, and serviced in-house before going on sale.

Not everything is on the website - can I ask about specific items?
Absolutely. We have new stock arriving every day and not everything makes it online straight away. If you're looking for something specific, email us at info@intomusicstore.com and we'll let you know what we have or what we can source.

Do you do part exchanges or trades?
Yes - we welcome trades and part exchanges. Get in touch with details of what you have and what you're looking for and we'll see what we can do.

Can I try before I buy?
Yes - viewings can be arranged at our Horncastle showroom. This is particularly useful for larger purchases like drum kits and cymbals. Contact us to arrange a visit.


Returns and Refunds

What is your returns policy?
Your purchases are protected by the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013, which give you the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your item. If you change your mind, you'll need to cover the return postage costs. Refunds are processed within 3 days of us receiving the item back.

Can I return a special order or custom item?
Unfortunately not. Items ordered in from suppliers, custom orders, and factory orders cannot be returned or cancelled once they have been placed. This includes made-to-order items such as Hardcase products, which cannot be cancelled once they have gone into production.

What do I do if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us as soon as possible at info@intomusicstore.com with photos of the damage and your order details. We'll get it sorted for you.


Payment and Finance

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. We also offer flexible payment options through Klarna (Pay in 30 Days and Pay in 3) and PayItMonthly (interest-free monthly instalments up to 12 months). See our Finance page for full details.

Is buy now, pay later available?
Yes - Klarna's Pay in 30 Days and Pay in 3 options are available at checkout. These are unregulated credit agreements. 18+, UK residents only. Subject to status. See our Finance page for full terms.

Is interest-free finance available?
Yes - through PayItMonthly you can spread the cost over up to 12 monthly interest-free instalments. Subject to status and eligibility. See our Finance page for full details.

Where are you based?
We're based in Horncastle, Lincolnshire. We're the only specialist drum shop in Lincolnshire and welcome visits by appointment.
