Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: 2 July 2026

Welcome

Thank you for choosing Into Music Drum Store.

These Terms & Conditions explain how you may use our website and the terms that apply when you purchase products from us.

We have written these Terms in plain English to make them as clear and easy to understand as possible. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to get in touch before placing an order.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About Us

Into Music Drum Store ("Into Music", "we", "our" or "us") is a specialist retailer of drums, percussion, cymbals, electronic drums, hardware, accessories and related musical equipment.

Our contact details are:

Into Music Drum Store

Horncastle Road

Horncastle

Lincolnshire

United Kingdom

Email: info@intomusicstore.com

Website: www.intomusicstore.com

Where these Terms refer to "you", this means any person using our website or purchasing products from us.

2. Using Our Website

We want everyone to enjoy using our website safely and responsibly.

When using our website you agree that you will:

  • use the website only for lawful purposes;

  • provide accurate information when placing an order;

  • not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website;

  • not upload malicious software, viruses or harmful code;

  • not copy, reproduce or distribute website content without our written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to our website if we believe it is being misused or used unlawfully.

3. Product Information

We work hard to ensure all product descriptions, photographs and specifications are as accurate as possible.

However, manufacturers occasionally change specifications, packaging or finishes without notice.

While we make every effort to keep our website up to date, minor differences may occasionally occur.

Product Images

Product photographs are provided for illustration purposes only.

Colours may appear differently depending on your screen or device settings.

Some manufacturers also use representative photographs across multiple finishes or sizes.

Natural Variations

Many of the products we sell are manufactured using natural materials or handcrafted production methods.

Because of this:

  • wood grain will naturally vary;

  • lacquer and stain colours may differ slightly;

  • cymbal finish, hammering and lathing patterns will vary;

  • cymbal weights and tonal characteristics naturally differ;

  • drum shells may display natural variations in appearance.

These differences are normal characteristics of the product and are not considered manufacturing defects.

Product Specifications

Manufacturers may improve or alter specifications without prior notice.

Where an updated specification provides an equivalent or improved product, this will not normally be considered grounds for cancellation or refund.

If a significant specification changes after your order has been placed, we will contact you before dispatch wherever reasonably possible.

4. Prices

All prices displayed on our website are shown in Pounds Sterling (£).

Where applicable, prices include UK VAT.

Delivery charges are shown separately during checkout where applicable.

Although we make every effort to ensure pricing is accurate, genuine pricing errors may occasionally occur.

If we discover an obvious pricing error before your order has been accepted, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

We will always contact you first and give you the option of purchasing the item at the correct price where appropriate.

5. Promotions & Discount Codes

From time to time we may offer promotional discounts, voucher codes or special offers.

Unless stated otherwise:

  • discount codes cannot be combined;

  • promotions cannot be applied retrospectively;

  • discount codes have no cash value;

  • promotions may be withdrawn or amended at any time.

We reserve the right to cancel promotional discounts where we reasonably believe they have been used fraudulently or contrary to their intended purpose.

6. Stock Availability

We aim to keep our website as accurate as possible, but stock levels can change quickly.

Products displayed on our website may fall into one of the following categories.

In Stock

These products are available from Into Music Drum Store and are normally ready for dispatch within our advertised timescales.

In Stock with Supplier

These products are available from one of our trusted suppliers but are not currently held in our own warehouse or showroom.

Once your order has been accepted, we will obtain the product from the supplier before dispatching it to you.

Estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith but remain subject to supplier availability, manufacturer lead times and transport delays outside our control.

If a supplier advises us of a significant delay or that a product has become unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss the available options.

Pre-Order

Pre-order products have not yet been released or are awaiting delivery from the manufacturer.

Release dates are provided by manufacturers and may change without notice.

Out of Stock

Products marked as Out of Stock are temporarily unavailable.

Where possible, customers may register their interest in future availability.

7. Supplier Stock & Special Orders

Some products available through Into Music Drum Store are ordered specifically from our suppliers after we accept your order.

These products may include items marked "In Stock with Supplier", discontinued products, non-standard finishes, limited edition products or items ordered specifically at your request.

Please note that products sourced from suppliers may take longer to arrive than products held in our own stock.

Delivery estimates are based on information supplied by manufacturers and distributors and cannot be guaranteed.

Genuine Special Orders

Some products are classified as Special Order Items.

These may include:

  • products not normally stocked by Into Music;

  • special-order drum kits;

  • bespoke configurations;

  • custom finishes;

  • products ordered specifically at your request;

  • discontinued or clearance items sourced specifically for you.

Where a product is identified as a Special Order Item before purchase, cancellation or amendment may not be possible once we have placed the order with our supplier.

Any deposit paid for a genuine Special Order Item may be non-refundable unless required otherwise by law.

Where applicable, we will always make customers aware before placing a non-cancellable Special Order.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights relating to faulty goods or your legal cancellation rights where they apply.

Good to Know

Many manufacturers, particularly those producing drums and cymbals, manufacture products in limited production runs.

As a result, finishes, shell configurations, hardware specifications or accessories may occasionally differ slightly from website images or previous production models.

We believe these natural differences are part of what makes every instrument unique.

8. Placing an Order

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products selected.

Once your order has been received, we will send you an automated order confirmation by email. This email simply confirms that we have received your order—it does not mean that your order has been accepted.

A contract between you and Into Music Drum Store is only formed once we have accepted your order and dispatched your goods (or notified you that your order is ready for collection where applicable).

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order before acceptance where, for example:

  • a product is unavailable;

  • a pricing or description error has occurred;

  • we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment;

  • we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity;

  • we believe an order has been placed for resale where this conflicts with manufacturer agreements; or

  • circumstances outside our reasonable control prevent us from fulfilling the order.

If we are unable to accept your order, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and issue a full refund for any payment already taken.

9. Payment

Payment must be successfully authorised before goods are dispatched.

We currently accept a range of payment methods, including:

  • Debit and Credit Cards

  • Shopify Payments

  • PayPal

  • Klarna

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

  • Shop Pay

Available payment methods may change from time to time.

Payment providers may carry out their own identity or fraud checks before approving a transaction.

Where finance or deferred payment options are selected, your agreement is between you and the finance provider, and their terms and conditions will also apply.

10. Klarna Payments

We are pleased to offer Klarna payment options on selected purchases.

Eligibility for Klarna products is determined entirely by Klarna and is subject to their approval.

If you choose Klarna as your payment method, certain personal information, including your contact details and order information, will be shared with Klarna in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Klarna's own Privacy Policy.

Questions relating to payment schedules, finance agreements or credit decisions should be directed to Klarna.

11. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Delivery estimates shown on our website are intended as guidance only and should not be regarded as guaranteed delivery dates unless specifically agreed in writing.

Delivery times may vary due to:

  • supplier availability;

  • manufacturer delays;

  • courier delays;

  • weather conditions;

  • public holidays; or

  • other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where significant delays occur, we will do our best to keep you informed.

Delivery Addresses

It is your responsibility to ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate.

If incorrect address information is provided and this results in additional delivery costs, we reserve the right to recover these costs before re-dispatching your order.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners may require a signature for certain deliveries.

If delivery cannot be completed after reasonable attempts, the parcel may be returned to us.

Additional delivery charges may apply if re-delivery is required due to incorrect information or missed delivery attempts.

Inspecting Your Delivery

Please inspect your order as soon as reasonably possible after receiving it.

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, we recommend:

  • signing for the parcel as damaged where possible; or

  • refusing delivery if the damage appears significant.

If damage is discovered after opening the parcel, please notify us as soon as possible and, where possible, provide photographs of:

  • the packaging;

  • the shipping label; and

  • the damaged item.

This helps us resolve courier claims quickly.

Split Deliveries

Where practical, we aim to dispatch complete orders together.

However, we reserve the right to send items separately if this allows us to deliver available products sooner.

You will not be charged additional delivery fees for split shipments where we decide to send orders separately.

12. Collection from Store (If Available)

Where Click & Collect is offered, we will notify you when your order is ready for collection.

Please do not travel to collect your order until you have received confirmation from us.

Proof of identity may be requested when collecting goods.

If someone else is collecting on your behalf, please contact us in advance so appropriate arrangements can be made.

Orders not collected within a reasonable period may be cancelled after we have attempted to contact you.

13. International Orders

Where we accept orders for delivery outside the United Kingdom, customers are responsible for ensuring that products comply with local laws and import requirements.

International customers may be responsible for:

  • customs duties;

  • import taxes;

  • local VAT or sales taxes;

  • customs clearance charges; and

  • other local fees.

These charges are not included within our product prices or delivery charges unless clearly stated.

Customers are responsible for paying any applicable import charges before delivery can be completed.

We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by customs authorities or import procedures.

14. Risk & Ownership

Ownership of goods passes to you once we have received full payment for your order.

Responsibility for the goods transfers to you when they have been delivered to the address provided during checkout or collected by you (or someone authorised by you).

If delivery is delayed because you have failed to accept delivery or provide accurate delivery information, responsibility for the goods may pass to you from the date delivery was first attempted.

Good to Know

We understand that buying musical instruments is exciting, and we always do our best to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Many of the world's leading drum manufacturers produce instruments in relatively small batches, and supplier lead times can occasionally change without warning.

If this happens, we'll always keep you informed and work with you to find the best possible solution.

15. Your Right to Cancel

If you purchase goods online, by telephone or by email, you may have the right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

If your cancellation rights apply, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order that you wish to cancel.

Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Returned items should be:

  • complete and in their original packaging where reasonably possible;

  • returned with any accessories, manuals or promotional items supplied;

  • packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.

You may inspect and handle goods in the same way you would reasonably be able to in a retail shop.

If goods are returned showing signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect them, we may make a deduction from your refund to reflect any reduction in value, as permitted by law.

Unless the goods are faulty or supplied incorrectly, customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items.

Certain products may be excluded from cancellation rights where permitted by law, including personalised, bespoke or made-to-order products.

For full details, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

16. Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.

If you wish to return an item, please contact us before sending it back so we can advise you of the quickest and safest return method.

Refunds will normally be processed using the original payment method once returned goods have been received and inspected.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights.

For full information, please see our Returns & Refunds Policy.

17. Faulty Goods

If you believe your product is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may ask for photographs or additional information to help diagnose the issue before requesting that the product is returned.

Where appropriate, products may be inspected by either Into Music Drum Store or the manufacturer before a fault is confirmed.

If a product is found to be faulty, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights. This may include a repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.

Nothing in these Terms affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

18. Manufacturer Warranties

Many of the products we sell are supplied with a manufacturer's warranty.

Manufacturer warranties are provided in addition to your statutory rights and are subject to the manufacturer's own terms and conditions.

Warranty periods vary between manufacturers and products.

Where appropriate, we are happy to assist customers in making warranty claims, although some manufacturers may deal directly with customers.

Damage resulting from misuse, accidental damage, unauthorised modification, neglect, normal wear and tear or improper installation is generally not covered by manufacturer warranties.

19. Gift Cards

Gift cards and gift vouchers cannot normally be exchanged for cash and are non-refundable unless required by law.

If a purchase made using a gift card is refunded, any refund will normally be credited back to the original gift card before any remaining balance is refunded using the original payment method.

Gift cards remain the responsibility of the holder and should be treated like cash.

20. Promotions & Competitions

From time to time we may offer promotional offers, prize draws or competitions.

Additional terms may apply to individual promotions.

We reserve the right to amend or withdraw promotions where necessary, provided this does not affect orders that have already been accepted.

21. Customer Reviews & User Content

We welcome honest feedback from our customers.

If you submit reviews, photographs or other content to us, you confirm that:

  • the content is your own or you have permission to share it;

  • it does not infringe the rights of others;

  • it is not unlawful, defamatory, abusive or misleading.

By submitting content, you grant Into Music Drum Store a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and use that content in connection with our business, including on our website and social media channels.

We reserve the right to remove content that we reasonably believe breaches these Terms.

22. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, product descriptions, videos and other materials, remains the property of Into Music Drum Store or our licensors unless otherwise stated.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used without our prior written permission except where permitted by law.

23. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

This includes liability for:

  • death or personal injury caused by negligence;

  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;

  • breach of your statutory consumer rights.

Subject to the above, we shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses including loss of business, loss of profits or loss of opportunity arising from the use of our website or products supplied for personal use.

Where goods are purchased for commercial purposes, our liability shall be limited to the purchase price of the relevant product except where the law provides otherwise.

24. Circumstances Beyond Our Control

We are not responsible for delays or failures to perform our obligations where these are caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

Examples include:

  • severe weather;

  • industrial action;

  • supplier shortages;

  • transport disruption;

  • pandemics;

  • natural disasters;

  • cyber attacks;

  • government restrictions.

Where possible, we will keep customers informed and work to minimise any disruption.

25. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details of how we collect, use and protect your personal information.

26. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in legislation, our business practices or our services.

The latest version will always be available on our website together with the date it was last updated.

Any changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted unless required by law.

27. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where consumer protection law provides otherwise.

28. Contact Us

If you have any questions about these Terms & Conditions, our products or an order you have placed, we'd be delighted to help.
