EVANS UV1 REVERSE DOT SNARE HEAD: We all know how durable Evans UV coating is so it's great to see an expansion of the range to include the very popular Reverse Dot snare head with a UV coating. These are a single ply of 10mil film with a 3mil center dot on the underside, made with unique slots which allow it to flex, keeping the head open and resonant while providing added durability.
REAL FEEL ATTACKTILE PRACTICE PAD: Talking about UV thats exactly the new feature on the Attacktile real feel pads. Featuring EVANS patented UV coating, Attacktile provides more attack, volume, and sonic feedback. This is an AWSOME feeling playing surface. Big tick from us on this one!
EVANS HD DRY TOM HEADS: We LOVE the HD dry snare heads so the tom heads were a no brainer in our eyes! These are durable two-ply head (7.5 mil external, 5 mil internal) with 2 mil overtone control. Offering an easier head to dial in by eliminating unwanted overtones and focusing the tone. This is achieved by dry vents and an internal tone control flap. Available from 8"-16"
PROMARK HYBRD RODS: The new Promark hybrid rods are made using a FireGrain 2B handle, delivering the low volume benefit of a rod, with the feel and response of a stick. The innovative design also features an adjustable O-ring, which can be used to loosen or tighten the dowels and alter the attack accordingly. All of this makes for a great feel and means you can still cross stick the snare drum etc! Available in the nylon and bamboo.
PROMARK 5AB STICKS: The last one is pretty self explanatory! PROMARK 5AB where have you been?! Sitting just between a 5A and 5B size this stick features an acorn tip shape and a long taper, producing a rear-weighted feel that is ideal for agility. The 5AB diameter measures .580". Available in Rebound, Rebound Long, FireGrain and Active Grip
