Who is Todd Sucherman?
Todd Sucherman is best known for his long career recording and touring with Styx. His playing combines precision, power, musical detail and the kind of control that serves the song rather than competing with it.
Beyond Styx, Todd's recording and performance credits include Brian Wilson, Peter Cetera, Brian Culbertson, Michael Bolton, Spinal Tap and Antoine Fafard. He has also won multiple Modern Drummer Reader's Poll awards across rock, progressive rock, classic rock, live performance, education and clinic categories.
His work as an educator has reached drummers worldwide through clinics and Drumeo's Rock Drumming Masterclass. Todd is also a songwriter and recording artist in his own right, with the solo album Last Flight Home.
