Next Working Day Delivery
Need your order sooner?
We offer Next Working Day Delivery for £8.99.
To qualify for same-day dispatch, your order must be placed before 1:00pm (Monday to Friday).
Orders received after 1:00pm will normally be dispatched on the next working day.
Next Working Day orders are sent using DHL Express (or an equivalent next-day courier service).
Please note that while we do everything possible to ensure prompt delivery, next-day services are provided by third-party couriers and are therefore not guaranteed in exceptional circumstances such as severe weather or transport disruption.
Dispatch Times
Most orders are dispatched within 2 working days.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
If an item is temporarily unavailable or we experience an unexpected delay, we'll contact you as soon as possible with an update.
Products Available from Our Suppliers
Some products are marked as "Available from Supplier" or may require us to order them specifically from one of our suppliers before dispatch.
These products may take longer to arrive than items held in our own warehouse.
Estimated delivery dates are based on information supplied by manufacturers and distributors and cannot be guaranteed.
If a significant delay occurs, we'll keep you informed and discuss the available options with you.

Delivery Information
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order.
If incorrect address details are provided and your parcel is returned to us, additional delivery charges may apply before your order can be re-dispatched.
Where possible, please inspect your parcel on arrival.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please notify us as soon as possible and include photographs of:

the outer packaging;

the shipping label; and

the damaged item(s).
This helps us resolve courier claims quickly.
Split Deliveries
Occasionally, your order may arrive in more than one parcel.
This allows us to send available items without unnecessarily delaying your entire order.
You will never be charged additional delivery costs where we choose to split an order.
