The EFNOTE PRO 703 Power Set Electronic Drum Kit combines a five-shell, one-rack-tom and two-floor-tom layout with five cymbal positions and the EFNOTE PRO sound module. A 20" bass drum, 14" snare, 11" rack tom and 13" and 15" floor toms give you a full-sized setup with two floor-tom voices to work into grooves and fills. It suits drummers who prefer a one-up, two-down arrangement and want separate mix control for live performance, worship settings and recording.
The cymbal configuration brings together 14" hi-hats, 16" and 18" cymbal pads, a 20" ride and an 18" china. With a dedicated china surface alongside the ride and other cymbal pads, you have distinct places for timekeeping and accents rather than having to switch sounds mid-part.
One Up, Two Down - with Control at the Desk
The Power Set's layout puts one rack tom above the bass drum and two floor toms alongside the player. If that is the arrangement you prefer on an acoustic kit, the PRO 703 gives you the same tom count in an electronic setup, backed by the EFNOTE PRO module's flexible routing.
Its 12 balanced XLR outputs let you send separate drum groups to the mixing desk, so the sound engineer can balance kick, snare, toms and cymbals around the band and room. High-pass filters and two-band EQ are available on buses 1-12, with compression on buses 1-6, for shaping the output before it reaches the console.
The two-piece module keeps the full-colour touchscreen within reach while the main connections sit on a floor-standing base unit. You can save settings for different songs or venues, build a drummer's monitoring balance with the bus mixer, and record simultaneous USB multitrack audio and MIDI for editing afterwards. Bluetooth audio input lets you play along with tracks from your phone.
