Mapex Venus Drum Kit Shell Pack w/ Cymbals – 5pc 20"/22" Crimson Red Sparkle
The Mapex Venus 5-Piece Drum Kit in Crimson Red Sparkle combines warm, versatile tone with dependable Mapex construction and a striking sparkle finish. Available with a choice of 20" or 22" bass drum configurations and supplied with cymbals, the Venus is an excellent choice for developing drummers, gigging musicians or players looking to upgrade their acoustic drum setup.
Built around 9-ply, 7.2mm poplar shells, the Mapex Venus delivers a full, warm and responsive drum sound suitable for a huge variety of musical styles. Mapex SONIClear bearing edges help the drumheads sit correctly against the shells, contributing to easier tuning and a strong, resonant response.
Whether you're practising at home, rehearsing with a band, recording or heading out to your first gigs, the Venus provides a versatile acoustic drum setup designed to grow with your playing.
Choose Your Bass Drum Size – 20" or 22"
The Mapex Venus Crimson Red Sparkle is available with a choice of 20" or 22" bass drum, allowing you to select the configuration that best suits your playing style.
Choose the 20" bass drum for a more compact and responsive setup. Paired with shallower tom sizes, it's an excellent choice for players who want comfortable positioning, a smaller footprint and a controlled bass drum response.
The 22" bass drum provides the classic full-size drum kit feel, delivering additional low-end presence and punch for rock, pop and more powerful playing styles.
Crimson Red Sparkle Finish
Finished in eye-catching Crimson Red Sparkle, the Venus has a classic stage-ready appearance with plenty of visual impact. The deep red colour combined with the sparkle finish catches the light beautifully, making this a great-looking kit for rehearsals, gigs and performances.

This Mapex Venus package includes a cymbal setup featuring 14" Hi-Hats, 16" Crash and 20" Ride, giving you the essential cymbal voices needed for a complete acoustic drum setup.
