The Byzance Dark Hi-hats feature hand-hammering all around the cymbals and are not lathed - as well as being slightly thicker in depth. This makes them distinctly darker and earthier in tone, with enhanced stick projection and raw volume. In addition to the classic Dark features, the Big Apple Hi-hats are slower to open up thanks to a thinner body, producing dark, roaring tones with quick decay. The stick definition is cutting, with pearly, metallic sounds distinct from the wash of other cymbals.
Handmade in Turkey
Handmade and hand-hammered in Turkey from B20 bronze alloy, the Byzance 15" Big Apple Dark Hi-hats were built to endure the force of all playing styles with ease. The dark, earthy timbre and defined stick response is suited to a wide range of musical styles where dark tone and feel are at the top of the 'must haves' list.

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours of being placed (Monday–Friday).
Orders placed before 1pm on a working day are eligible for next working day dispatch.
Orders placed after 1pm or over the weekend will be processed and shipped on the next working day (usually Monday).
Custom, special-order, or items in stock with suppliers may take longer to process. If you're unsure, we recommend getting in touch with us for an estimated timeframe before placing your order.
Delivery Options

Standard Delivery – Please allow 2–3 working days for dispatch, plus delivery time.
Next Day Delivery – Available on orders placed before 1pm (Monday–Friday).
