The Meinl Byzance Traditional 16" Medium Thin Crash Cymbal is a lot more than just its looks though. The medium thin weight of this B20 cymbal paired with the 16” size delivers a warm and smooth character. Though the high mids are prominent, this cymbal is still somehow a little dark, and it is this pairing that allows this cymbal to be as adaptable as it is. The sustain is a medium length which allows it to ring out, but not so long as to muddy up your mix. The result is an incredible cymbal.
