The Meinl Classics Custom Dark 22” Ride Cymbal packs a fantastic range of smooth, dark tones into its uniquely lathed design. This ride has it all - great stick definition, loud and cutting attack and a warm, rich wash.
With plenty of attack and aggression, this ride is ideal for heavier genres of music but still possesses a maturity and composure that services lighter musical genres. Its highly responsive feel and refined musical tones make for great delicate stickwork, but open up on this dark horse and it will drive your grooves with stunning power.
This cymbal’s unique look is a bi-product of its manufacturing process. First, the cymbal is shaped using pressure-point tech, then precision-hammered with pinpoint accuracy before receiving additional lathing.
