The Paiste PST5 18" Medium Crash Cymbal brings bright, full-bodied accents to your drum kit, with a balanced response and medium-long sustain. Its medium weight makes it a versatile choice for drummers who want a clear crash sound across a range of musical styles.
A balanced crash for building your sound
Whether you're choosing your first bronze cymbals or upgrading a starter setup, this 18" PST5 offers a useful combination of body, clarity and responsive feel. Use it to mark a chorus, emphasise a fill or add a ringing accent without committing to a more specialised crash.
-
18" diameter: a full-bodied crash voice for accents and musical punctuation.
-
Medium weight: an evenly balanced, responsive feel for varied playing styles.
-
Bright tone: adds definition and clarity to your cymbal setup.
-
Medium-long sustain: lets accents ring out rather than disappearing immediately.
-
B8 bronze construction: part of Paiste's accessible PST5 cymbal range.
-
A practical upgrade: suited to beginners building a kit and intermediate players refining their sound.
