Short Boom Arm — Compact Positioning
The CH8S boom arm adjusts between 43cm and 55cm, compared to 58–85cm on the long arm CH8. At just 1.6kg, it's the lighter of the two holders and is best suited to cymbals that sit close to the kit — splash cymbals, small crashes, hi-hat alternatives, or any effect cymbal positioned within the main cluster of the setup. If you need more reach, the CH8 Long Boom Arm gives you 58–85cm of extension.
Step-Free / Stepless Tilter
The step-free tilter provides smooth, continuously variable cymbal angle adjustment with no ratchet steps or fixed positions. Particularly useful on a short boom arm where precise positioning matters more — small adjustments in angle can make a significant difference to playability when the cymbal is sitting close to the kit.
QRN8 Quick Release Nut
The QRN8 Quick Release Nut lets you attach and detach cymbals instantly by pinching the movable part on the side — no drum key needed. Fast, secure, and straightforward, it keeps setup time down whether you're changing a splash for a rehearsal or swapping cymbals between songs.
Hide-Away Boom Arm

Dual-Material Cymbal Washer & Threaded Sleeve
The enhanced cymbal washer combines a soft outer material (black) and a hard inner material (blue), protecting the cymbal from metal contact while allowing it to resonate naturally. Each cymbal sleeve is threaded to prevent unwanted rattling during play.
