The Sonor CTS 4000 Cymbal Tom Stand is a robust combination stand that holds a Sonor Tom and a cymbal. The tom holder fits all conventional (current) Sonor toms and offers a flexible tom holder with the Open Ball Clamp System. SQ1 drum shells are made of 100% European Birch. Because of its sound characteristics – balanced in low, mid and high – the Birch drum sound is very popular for studio recordings as well as live performances. When developing SQ1, Sonor tested several combinations of Birch-based shell materials. Sonor’s conclusion was that pure Birch provided the most versatile sounding drum. Sonor’s unique CLTF “Cross Lamination Tension Free” and OSM “Optimum Shell Measurement” process (slightly narrowed outside shell measurement) provide excellent sustain and easy tuning.

Dual Glide System:

The Dual Glide System snare strainer is a great feature of the SQ1 snares. This mechanism provides a precise and smooth action when placing the snare wires in “on” or “off” position, and ensures that there are no annoying buzzing sounds produced when doing so. The strainer and butt sides are also both armed with a fast-release snare wire detach function. This means that you can easily change the resonant head without having to loosen and adjust the Snare wires.
